Bimma from Claima asked me if I would join him in one of his speaker sessions to discuss ‘Mastering Mentorship. I have managed a lot of young designers coming up through my years in the industry and it means a lot for me to speak to this subject.
I was joined by Sa’rah Sabino, a mentee of mine and we spoke to our professional relationship, growing up around sneakers, working in sneaker stores and getting started in the industry.
